Ferguson, The Day After
This series documents the emptiness of West Florissant Avenue the day after Michael Brown’s funeral in 2014. Thousands of people and press had filled the community in the days leading up to his funeral, but things were eerily quiet once he was finally laid to rest. Michael Brown’s friends and members of the community still came out to try and raise the country’s consciousness about the young black men we so easily forget.
