Drinking Brooks Hunting Club
I have documented my father's hunting club since 2009. A group of his friends started the camp in the 1970s, and the original members still work together to take care of the cabin every hunting season.
They have all brought younger generations to camp, and until working on this series, I wasn't allowed in during hunting season (no women allowed). Hunting has been an integral part of life for people living in the Adirondack's. Formerly to survive, and now a hobby that men can escape to every weekend in the Fall to continue a tradition that connects them to both nature and to the men that hunted before them.
